Common topics

  • Account issues

    Can't log in, password reset, or account recovery — email us with the email address you used to sign up.

  • AI scanning not working

    Make sure you have an internet connection (AI scanning requires it). If the scan result is inaccurate, you can edit any field before saving.

  • Subscription and billing

    Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel, change, or review your subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

  • Bug reports

    Found a bug? Email us with a description of what happened, what you expected, and your device model and iOS version. Screenshots help.

  • Feature requests

    We'd love to hear your ideas. Email us and we'll add it to our roadmap for consideration.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

  • In the app: Go to Profile, then Account Settings, then Delete Account.
  • By email: Send a request to hello@stewardlyai.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days.

Once deleted, all your personal and financial data is permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
